About Course:

This program provides an understanding of the background and goals of e-government; study current trends in the world and the practice of e-government development in Vietnam; improve the capacity of planning and implementing digital transformation solutions in urban management. At the end of the course, students will have a clear understanding of the central principles of e-government and analyze, develop, evaluate and refine policies and actions related to the field of e-government.
