Recently, the Institute of Smart City and Management - University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH-ISCM) was pleased to welcome the University of Seoul (UoS - Korea) to come and visit. The working trip revolved around issues surrounding smart city development, especially smart mobility, technology application and related fields.

In addition to the Education Symposium: Smart City Development program, a delegation of professors, experts and students from Seoul University, as well as experts and students of ISCM had a chance to visit key urban transport projects, which are towards the goal of sustainable city development of Ho Chi Minh City. In which, there is Ben Thanh Station on the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Metro line, and the City Center for Urban Traffic Management and Administration. HCMC. Through these locations, experts have partly learned about the technology infrastructure as well as the future vision of smart urban traffic management in Ho Chi Minh City.

After the visit, the University of Seoul team of experts met and worked with Dr. Bui Quang Hung - Vice President of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, as well as learn about the history of UEH, additionally teaching and learning facilities at two campuses A and B through the UEH Campus Tour.

The meeting is a place for experts from both sides to share experiences and discuss existing research topics. This has strengthened the cooperation relationship between the Institute of Smart City and Management - University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and University of Seoul, therefore creating a chance for both parties together to successfully construct a sustainable city, ready to confront a volatile future.
