In the event Series “Shaping the unknown future toward smart city” which are organized by Institute of Smart City (ISCM), University of Economics and Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) - Vietnam and more than 20 local and international universities, companies, NGOs, local authority around the world; the special talk show “Future Outlook” is hosted by ISCM - UEH (Vietnam), Polytechnic University of Milan (Italy), Handong Global University (Korea), University of Trieste (Italy), and SmithGroup (America) with the international guest-speakers who are leading experts from different countries of three contiential: Asian - Europe - America about aspects of accessibility for all and the Role of Urban Design, Future Urban Planning: whether Driverless car city or Car free city?
