To adapt to rapid-development and urbanization, what innovative and innovative approaches will be suitable to solve or eliminate urban issues toward smart cities development? This question will be discussed to inspire “Innovative Approach” in the Panel Discussion No 3 which hosted & invited experts from top-list universities and Institutes as ISCM-UEH, Ton Duc Thang University (Vietnam), LeCnam (France), Japan. This panel discussion is one of the activities of the the event Series “Shaping the unknown future toward smart city” which are organized by Institute of Smart City (ISCM), University of Economics and Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) - Vietnam and more than 20 local and international universities, companies, NGOs, local authority around the world.
