As a senior lecturer, Dr. Hoang Ngoc Lan has participated in lectures and research at the Institute of Smart City and Management - College of Technology and Design, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city. She spent more than 30 years in the education area, nurturing several generations of architecture, urban planning students. Additionally, she has been a part of the research team, has released meaningful studies about architectural design, urban planning, especially the orientation of areas in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam. Dr. Hoang Ngoc Lan graduated Doctor of Regional and Urban Planning in 2018.
