ISCM-UEH and the Institute of Innovation-UEH collaborate with local and international partners to foster local applied science development. In the first step, the project introduces smart environmental sensors in Vinh Long. The project will establish an Applied Science Incubator and develop an online training platform to bring applied sciences closer to practice and regularly updated.
