A new direction in the Smart City developing process, A Barrier-free Smart City for People with Disabilities sets the target to ensure that citizens, especially people with disabilities, have the right to approach and use the utilities as well as services of the cities conveniently and easily.
Celebrating Vietnam Day of People with Disabilities April 18, 2023, Management and Sustainable Development Institute (MSD Vietnam) and Institute of Smart Cities and Management (ISCM), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with other partners, organize Seminar: Barrier-free Smart City for People with Disabilities. The seminar is a part of the Shinhan Square Bridge Vietnam Project and the event series Open Social Creative Village of TechFest 2023, as well as the annual UEH-ISCM event series: Design for a Carbon Neutrality Future.
